施氮结构对茎用莴苣经济产量与品质的影响

Effect of nitrogen fertilizer structure on the economic yield and quality of lettuce

  • 摘要: 采用(3,3)单形重心饱和设计,在施氮(N)总量为94 kg·hm-2条件下,设置茎用莴苣氮肥分期施用田间试验,建成茎用莴苣氮肥分期施用比例的效应函数。通过频率分析寻优,获得较佳施氮分配比例为Z1=0.402、Z2=0.328、Z3=0.270,即基肥重(40%)、前追足(33%)、后追适(27%)的分期施氮结构,其对应的分期施肥量为Z’1=37.79 kg·hm2、Z’2=30.83 kg·hm-2、Z’3=25.38 kg·hm-2,期望较高经济产量为45.340 t·hm-2。试验结果也表明,不同氮肥施用期对茎用莴苣可溶性固形物、还原糖、可滴定酸度和亚硝酸盐含量的影响不明显,但对总糖、维生素C和硝酸盐含量的影响较大。

     

    Abstract: The effect function of N application ratio during different growing periods of lettuce (Var. asparagina Bailey) was studied by the field experiments with 3,3 saturated design of single shape focus check. The results showed that better ratio of N application as basal dressing, early and late topdressing for higher expecting economical yield of 45.340 t·hm-2 were Z1 = 0.402, Z2 = 0.328, Z3 = 0.270, and the N rates were Z’1= 37.79 kg·hm-2, Z’2 = 30.83 kg·hm-2, Z’3 = 25. 38 kg·hm-2, respectively. Different nitrogenous fertilizer structure had no significant effect on soluble solids, reduced sugar, titratable acidity and nitrite content of lettuce, but had significant effect on total sugar, vitamin C and nitrate content.
