Diversity of Endophytic Bacteria Isolated from Moso Bamboo

摘要: 采用稀释平板法从福建武夷山毛竹根、鞭、杆、叶部组织中分离到27株内生细菌, 利用细菌菌落表征性状和16SrDNA序列对这些菌株进行了多样性分析。结果表明, 分离出27株内生细菌分属于14属18种, 其中以节细菌属Arthrobacter、芽孢杆菌属Bacillus、苍白杆菌属Ochrobactrum和葡萄球菌属Staphylococcus为主要菌群。Abstract: Twenty-seven endophytic bacteria were isolated from the roots, rhizome, stems and leaves of moso bamboo by means of grinding separation.A preliminary determination on the diversity of the strains was made based on their phenotypic characteristics as well as the molecular classification using partial 16 SrDNA sequences.The results showed that the isolated bacteria could be classified into 14 genera and 18 species, with Arthrobacter, Bacillus, Ochrobactrumand Staphylococcus being the most predominant.
