蛋氨酸铜、铁、锌、锰络合物在肉鸭、蛋鸭配合饲料中的应用研究

The Applied Study on Methionine Cu, Fe, Zn and Mn Complex Compound in Formula Feed of Meat and Laying Ducks

  • 摘要: 采用四因子、三水平的L9(34)正交设计,对产蛋鸭进行两次重复的正交试验,筛选出蛋氨酸铜、铁、锌、锰络合物在蛋鸭配合饲料中的最佳用量为Cu3mg/kg、Fe20mg/kg、Zn60mg/kg、Mn55mg/kg(以络合态的元素含量计).并以此为标准作为试验组,用同水平的无机矿物元素作为对照组进行对比饲养试验,考核其对蛋鸭产蛋和肉鸭生长性能及饲料转化率的影响。试验结果表明:(1)对产蛋鸭的产蛋率、饲料报酬,试验组比对照组分别提高10.82%、10.67%,差异均极显着(P<0.01).(2)对肉鸭的饲料报酬试验组比对照组提高5.35%,增重速度公鸭提高2.03%,母鸭提高12.90%.说明使用蛋氨酸铜、铁、锌、锰络合物可提高蛋鸭的产蛋性能和肉鸭的生长性能及饲料转化率。

     

    Abstract: According to the two experiments by the orthogonal design L9(34),the optimum levcl of methionlne-Cu,Fe, Zn and Mn complex was chosen in the formula feed of laying ducks. The composition was Cu 3mg/kg, Fu 20mg/kg,Zn 60mg/kg and Mn 55mg/kg. The effect on the laying and meat duck’s growth was tested in this same level,and adding inorganic salt as control. The results showed that: 1)In the trial of laying ducks, the egg production rate and feed conversion were increased by 10.82% and 10.67% respectively(P0.01),compared with the control group. 2)In the trial of meat ducksk, the feed conversion was increased by 5.35% and the weight gain of male and female meat ducks were increased by 2.02% and 12.90% respectively,compared with the control.It was suggested that methionine Cu, Fe, Zn and Mn complex compound could be used as an ideal feed additive to inprove laying performance,growth performance and feed conversion of ducks.
