Abstract: This paper introduces the definition of food production license (QS) and its producing background and meaning. The basic requirement for QS application of bee products was described in detail. Furthermore, by means of interviewing and questionnaire, the problems during QS implementation of bee products were investigated, and several related advices were proposed accordingly.
