加大福建省财政科技投入的思考

Reflection of Increasing Investment in Science and Technology with Fujian Provincial Finance

摘要: 在借鉴国内外成功经验的基础上,分析了福建省财政科技投入存在的问题和差距。结合当前福建科学发展和跨越发展对科技创新驱动的需求,提出了如何有效加强福建省财政科技经费投入的对策建议。

Abstract: In this paper, the funding of Provincial finance in scientific researches was evaluated for comparing effects and problems of the investment. According to the data, the suggestions in increase investment for supporting of innovation in scientific development are proposed.
