超高产两系杂交稻恢复系JXR-33及其组合金两优33的选育

Breeding of restorer line JXR-33 and the hybrid rice Jinliangyou33 with high yield

  • 摘要: 针对高产两系杂交稻组合金两优36恢复系946的不良性状进行遗传改良,结果表明:改良选育而来的恢复系JXR-33在生育期、株高、穗数、粒重等主要农艺性状有明显的改善,米质外观上也有显著的提高;以其与母本Hs-3配制的两系杂交稻金两优33,不仅保持了金两优36的高产特性,且在组合的稻米品质及制种产量上有明显的提高,在生产上具有广阔的推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The study aimed at improving the disadvantage character of restorer line 946 which is R-line of the Jinliangyou 33,the results showed that JXR-33 had been improved distinctly in major traits,such as growth period,plant height,panicles,the grain weight etc.,as well as grain quality.Undering retaining high-yield of Jinliangyou 36,the F1 hybrids such as Hs-3/JXR-33 (Jingliangyou33) showed good grain quality in appearance and high-yield in producing the hybrid seed,and showed a good prospect for commercial production.
