Abstract
Efficacy of 8fungicides was examined in vitro on the germination of Pseudocercospra elaeodendri. The best effect of the fungicides was the 75% mass fraction chlorothalonil WP with EC50=0.49mg·L-2, EC=0.78mg·L-2, followed by the 25% mass fraction procymidone thiram WP, and then, the 80% mass fraction mancozeb WP.Spore germination inhibition rates of<10% were found for pyrimethanil (70 mg·L-2) , iprodione (100mg·L-1) , thiophanate-metlyl (100mg·L-1) and tradimefon (100mg·L-1) after 7hincubation.Based on the aggregation indices, Iwao′s regression and Taylor′s power law, the spatial distribution pattern of the angular leaf spot of Tripterygium wilfordii was found to be uniform in the area′s forests.
