Abstract
The sensitivity of Phoma asparagi Sacc.infecting in asparagus to the fungicide, thiophanate methy1,was tested. The results showed that the sensitive period of asparagus infected by P.asparagi was in 1~5 days after germinating. The resistant ability of the plant to P.asparagi was higher and higher as the asparagus was growing up,of which the exponential regression formula was Y=80.148×0.957X,r=0.8489.The flatted test showed that the pycnidiospores could not germinate in thiophanate methy1 with the concentration of 1.4g/l,of which to germinating rate the regression was Y=-9.7137+2.6931X,r=0.9749.The girdle width of P.asparagi was 7.3~6.3mm,when it grew in the medium with 1.4~0.23 g/l thiophanate methy1 for 3 days,on which the mycelium cultured for 7 days didn’t grow.
