Abstract

Abstract

In this paper,a brief account of techniques and methods in insect virology theory and practice are given,mainly with the methods in insect, nuclear polyedrosis virus(NPV)researches.The contents include the morphology and structure, biological and biochemical properties baculovirus gene engineering, serology and pathology, researches and practical techniques of NPV in biological control and so on.
