Abstract
Allelopathy of Chamaecrista spp on Paspalum notatum was studied. The result indicated that temperature affected the allelopathy.Germination of P.notatum was retarded at 27℃ or 23℃,while promoted at 25℃.At 3 different concentrations of PEG,Chamaecrista spp inhibited the growth of P.notatum.When the PEG concentration was 20%,the inhibition effect was most significant. In general, high pH retarded and low pH promoted the P.notatum growth.
