Effecting of spent mushroom substrates (SMS) and biogas residue on improving navel orange production and its fruit quality

This paper summarized our work in applying spent mushroom substrates and biogas residue as organic manure to orange trees in order to study its effects on orange production and quality.Results indicated that applying both SMS and biogas residne increased remarkably orange yield per tree,the proportion of qualified fruit and the ratio between total mono-sugar and total acids content.Moreover,the physico chemieal characters in soil was also improved.
