Thinking on carrying out Xinghuo plan to serve the construction of economic zone in west bank of Taiwan Strait

The status of carrying out Xinghuo plan and the achievement of Sannong serving project during the tenth five-year plan period in Fujian Province were reviewed.The development directions and managing strategies of Xinghuo plan during the eleventh five-year plan period were suggested in detail in this paper.
